We, as women, are constantly terrified of going out alone in the night. In light of recent incidents and from our experiences growing up, we have been constantly told that we need to be on guard in order to be safe. But running is a liberating activity to which the fear of survival shouldn't play spoilsport to.

Encourage women to band together as a group to go out into the night and explore the running routes - minimizing risk and maximising the liberty of exploring spaces that have a air of being forbidden.
